GINI GRAHAM SCOTT, Ph.D., J.D., is a nationally known writer, consultant, speaker, and seminar/workshop leader, specializing in work and business relationships and professional and personal development. Her topics include organizational behavior, conflict resolution, creativity, innovation, and problem solving. She is founder and director of Changemakers and Creative Communications & Research. She has taught classes at several universities and colleges, including California State University, East Bay, Notre Dame de Namur University, West Georgia College, and the Investigative Career Program in San Francisco.
She has published over 50 books on diverse subjects. Her books on work and business topics, professional development, and success.

Scott has received national media exposure for her books (including appearances on Good Morning America, Oprah, Montel Williams, CNN, and the OReilly Factor).
